Stephens County's Oklahoma Cooperative Extension Service is dedicated to the citizens of Stephens County by providing research based educational opportunities. As a part of the Division of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources of Oklahoma State University (OSU), the Oklahoma Cooperative Extension Service (OCES) mission is to provide unbiased, research-based information and education through a statewide system of county office Extension Educators. OCES is a community-based, educational network, with offices in all seventy-seven counties.
Extension Educators offer educational programs to improve the lives of Oklahomans in the following areas: Agricultural and Natural Resources; Community and Rural Development, Family and Consumer Sciences, 4-H & Youth Development and providing quality services.
